Hi beauties,
As we all know that exfoliation is a very integral part of skin care, but what is exfoliation means? Exfoliation involves the removal of the oldest dead skin cells on the skin's outermost surface. Exfoliation is involved in the process of all facials, during microdermabrasion or chemical peels at medical spas. We efoliate our skin once or twice a week depending on what type of skin do you have. So, if you did not exfoliate your skin it can cause accumulation of dead cells and skin darkening.
In today’s environment of increasing pollution, it has become more of a necessity. Which means we really need to take care of our skin.

Kind and gentle soap-free skin smoothening formula with added antioxidant protection. Suitable for all skin types.
Direction to Use:
The Body Shop products do not come with instructions, but this is what I gathered from their website: Wet the face and neck with clean water. Massage over the face and neck using light circular motions. Rinse off with clean water and pat skin dry. “Use one or two times per week or as required.” This was said by the salesperson too, so my suggestion would be to follow it up seriously.

The cream is light pink in color and thick in consistency, not something that oozes out as soon as you open the lid. Its very light to touch and contains numerous micro-particles that are not visible to the naked eye except a few red-colored ones. When you apply, you can feel its granular texture that scrubs and exfoliates the skin with gentleness. My skin is oily besides that when its winter time, it gets dry as well and I usually apply it at night before bed because i feels that i am extra cleaning my face from the leftover of dull, dirt and grime that sit on my face. I am using it twice a week and can feel my skin soft and smooth. And i seriously love it guys.

Cons of The Body Shop Vitamin E Cream Exfoliator:
- Apart from the fact that it contains parabens in various forms, could not find any other con, but these days most of the products tend to contain them in some form or the other.
